Etiquette and cancellation policy

Thank you for arriving on time! After your arrival, the masseuse will escort you to the massage location, leave it to you to strip down to your underwear (it is a must to wear it) and lay on the massage bed. When undressing, it is recommended to remove any jewelry that may interfere with the massage treatment (glasses, watches, rings, bracelets, necklaces, anklets). If the mobile phone cannot be switched off even during the massage, it is worth placing it close to the bed so that it is easily accessible.

During this time, the masseuse washes her hands thoroughly using disinfectant, as cleanliness is one of the most important to her.

After washing her hands, she will come back and ask a few questions about your health, illnesses, and problem areas, and the massage of your choice can begin!

During the massage, if you have any requests (pain, weakness, cold or heat), feel free to share them with our masseuse colleague, as she is there to help and it is important to her that you feel yourself as comfortable as possible.

At the end of the massage, the masseuse wipes the body and goes out to the lobby and waits for you to get dressed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are the following important rules regarding pre-arranged massage appointments:

– 48 órán túli lemondás díjtalan

– 48 órán belüli lemondás esetén 5.000Ft/fő rendelkezésre állási díjat számolunk fel!

– In the case of a gift card or season ticket, the occasion will be deducted!

Ajándékkártyák lejárati időn túli felhasználása esetén 4.000Ft adminisztrációs díjat számolunk fel, maximum 60 napos hosszabbítási lehetőség mellett.

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, we cannot return them, the remaining amount of the evening can be credited to the next service.
